No referral is required. You can book directly for any service — whether it’s your annual well-woman check, a specific concern, or simply wanting to understand your options. You can book by phone, WhatsApp, or online.
First appointments are structured to allow sufficient time for a thorough history, examination where needed, and time for your questions. There are no rushed 7-minute slots at Tara Life. The appointment takes as long as it needs to take.
Yes. Every appointment — whether initial consultation, follow-up, procedure or review — is with Dr. Shekhawat. Your history is not re-summarised at each visit because it is already known.
There is no minimum threshold for a concern at Tara Life. Many women who come in for something they feel is “probably nothing” leave with answers they have been waiting years for. If it has been on your mind, it is worth a conversation.
Absolute confidentiality is a clinical and ethical non-negotiable at Tara Life. This applies to every appointment type — including intimate wellness consultations. You will not be seen by someone you know in a shared waiting room.
